Priscele White’s journey in the medical field is one of passion, resilience, and transformation. She took her first steps at just 15 as a dental assistant in Brazil, later becoming a First Assistant Surgical Nurse. Her move to the U.S. was both a challenge and an opportunity—navigating a new language, embracing a new culture, and discovering not just a love for California, but also for the man who would become her husband.

Her career evolved as she joined a multi-specialty group as a Massage Therapist, but her vision extended far beyond. With unwavering determination, she returned to school to become a Registered Nurse, all while embracing the beautiful chaos of motherhood. When her family relocated to the East Coast for her husband’s career, she felt a deep calling to continue growing, both personally and professionally.

She was accepted into the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program at UNC Wilmington but made the intentional decision to defer her spot. At the time, the world was navigating the challenges of the pandemic, and her priority became ensuring her children thrived in their online learning journey. This period of reflection and dedication to her family ultimately strengthened her purpose, leading her to embrace a new path. Determined to make an impact, she pursued her master’s degree, balancing the demands of family life with her commitment to learning.
